💼 Job Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Create engaging content calendars and campaign plans
- Manage reels, stories, influencer collaborations & brand promotions
- Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Monitor analytics and track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Respond to DMs, comments, and manage online reputation
- Coordinate with graphic designers & video editors for creative execution
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and beauty industry updates
✅ Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing & branding
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & campaign optimization
- Creative thinking with excellent content writing skills
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
